3 cups cooked rice
2 cups diced cooked turkey
1/2 cup sliced celery
1 2-ounce jar diced pimientos, drained
1/3 cup Dijon mustard dressing
Combine rice, turkey, celery, pimientos and dressing in large bowl. Serve over lettuce leaves.
